So, straight off the bat you probably want to know if this is some kind of miracle pill. But, you should know by now that there is no such thing so no, no it’s not. Of course, it’s not. That doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work, however. At the point of writing this, I’ve been using them for nearly a fortnight so it’s maybe too early to tell you about any long term effects but there’s definitely some things I can talk about and I’ll update this post as I progress with the rest of the 100 tablets that I’ve purchased so far.

WHATS IN THE BOX?
So when you open up the box the actual tablets are in this awesome looking grenade tub! As cool as the tub is it’s obviously not gonna help you burn fat but does provides a neat way to store the tablets especially if you’re taking them with you to work etc. you can just throw them in your bag and be sure the twist locking lid will still be on tight when you pull it out again. Not sure what I’ll do with the pot after it’s finished but it seems too well-made to just throw away.
All the branding and packaging is cool, the ingredients all seem legit and the product boasts some great attributes. The tablets are a reasonable size, nothing I had trouble swallowing. The instructions say to take one tablet in the morning and one before lunch to start off with to gauge your tolerance. I did this for about 5 days and I gotta say I noticed the difference in my energy levels almost straight away without any kind of “crash” or side effects like “jitters”. The one bad thing I did notice was some pretty bad Heartburn/Acid reflux for a short time after taking a tablet. The box says to drink plenty of water and I found myself drinking more to get rid of the heartburn if nothing else. I also felt fuller for longer and I was snacking less although I feel this could have been the increase in water consumption, to be honest.
When it came to training I noticed an extra boost when these burners are taken before a workout and as long as I worked around the heartburn there were no sick feeling that I have heard people complain about. I’ve definitely been able to train for longer with more focus since taking the supplements.
After the first 5 days, I upped my dosage to the recommended 2 tablets in the morning and 2 at lunch. This is when the heartburn got really bad, to the point that I was taking Gaviscon tablets after the grenade pills. At this point, I didn’t feel enough of an extra boost/benefit so after about 3 more days I went back to 1 in the morning and 1 at lunch. I think I’ll stick at this dosage as I still feel like there’s enough of an effect for me despite this not being the recommended dose.
In my mind these are not life changing pills and nore should you expect them to be. Supplements are literally that, they are there to supplement a healthy balanced diet not replace it. So as long as I’m training properly and keeping to a healthy calorie controlled diet then these are sure to be a nice little bonus on top of my fat burning goals even if I’m not taken the full dose.
Two weeks in and combined with my controlled diet and workout routine and I’m definitely burning fat. the love handles are shrinking and belly melting. How much of this is down to the Grenade Thermo Detonators? hard to say really but I’ve noticed much faster results since taking them and even just for the extra boost of energy/focus in the workout I’d say they are worth the £25ish I paid for the 100 particularly as they will last me longer on half the recommended dose.
SHOULD YOU BUY THEM?
If you have already got your diet and workout plan in place and are sticking to it but want to see some results come a little faster then yeah I think they’re worth it. But if you’re looking for a magical cure to help you lose weight whilst still maintaining your normal routine of not much exercise and eating what you like then don’t waste your money, you’d be better off spending it on a gym membership or diet plan.
As I’m only 2 weeks in I’ll come back to this post in a few more weeks with my longer term findings
